First off, I'd to thank for the Chipper Demon for doing this. It has expanded my musical knowledge past 1997. Now, it is true it is limited to two months worth of CD's and I feel a bit like Joey Tribbiani when he bought and read the encyclopedia for just one letter but the longer this goes the more hip I can become so keep it up.

So my list is

1. Danger High Voltage- For obvious reasons of shear greatness. I've caught myself singing this song in stores, walking the dog, and while other people are talking to me (but oddly enough not in a Taco Bell). It gets extra points for giving me a new euphemism for a STD.

2. We Used to Vacation- It hints at a great story which is about all you can hope for in a 4 minute song.

3. Chelsea Dagger- It's just a really good song.

4 . Honorable Mention to I'll Kill Her- moved from the bottom to number four for a couple reasons. a. Considering Bob Dylan and Kurt Cobain are two of my favorite singers of all time I can't honestly let her bad voice hurt her ranking. 2. The lyrics are very catchy and fun- in a sick kind of way. But the fact is I can't have someone who sounds like the French girl in Pulp Fiction be in my top three.

The ChipperDemon could only wish that every participant had the same approach as you.

You may also notice that we are now adding the album title and date of release for each song. This will hopefully help you on your musical education.

ChipperDemon would also like to state that we appreciate your appreciation, participation and also going out of your way to post on the blog. We may be enforcing our taste and manipulating your musical spectrum... but come on, we're the ChipperDemon!
